Wall Street Silver Partnership Suspension

Dear community members,

We feel it is important to inform our community that Kinesis has decided to suspend its sponsorship of the Wall Street Silver subreddit and associated platforms.

Despite our continued admiration and support for the silver community, we feel that the direction of Wall Street Silver and recent events on the group have caused an aggregate deviation from earlier principles.

As a result, this shift is incompatible with Kinesis' commitment to promoting the ideals of sound money and secure precious metals ownership.

There are some real questions about Jim 'Lewis.'

Reporting (which may be false) includes:

• Lying about being a Merrill trader on his first Twitter account while working at Costco
• Roping mining companies in for advertising deals and bragging he was making $195k/month from it
• Multiple counts of fraud and intimidation in his background (that he pled guilty to)
• Currently in trouble for not paying his credit card bills over the last few years - looks like civil litigation pending
• Kicking out folks like ditch-the-deepstate and thehappyhawaiian for ... being too popular?

It's a long, tangled mess and if half of it's true then it's ugly. But it's a distraction from Sound money, so good to take a step back.

This is a good decision!

WSS has not lived up to its promise. When they started, I hoped they would turn into a grassroot sound money movement. Unfortunately that hasn't happened. And with the revelations that have come out recently, any association with them has now become a liability.

I have left WSS already a few days ago. I will miss posting memes though

While there are some very good people involved, I agree it does not have my support. C4SM interested in starting something but not alone. Would require transparency and a solid governance board. So far neither are in place.

I was with WSS when it first started, I mean under 1000 members. I do think it can be recovered in its entirety with the right leadership.

I don't know all the details but have read enough to assume I no longer want involved. It truly became a brain dead echo chamber filled with literal conspiracy theories with zero validity whatsoever.

As for Kinesis, I think this is a very good business decision to distance yourself/business. You don't want to be muddied up in all of the BS, nor tied to it.

Now, taking the offensive Kinesis can provide more details into its transparency and interaction with its community. Not saying this needs to be the case by any means, but it certainly creates an opportunity to leap forward. Essentially a 'Here's why Kinesis isn't shady, and you can prove it yourself" lol

I'd be more than happy to support a CS4M venture, Jim and that team have been nothing but transparent, honest, and effective. I'd be proud to be part of it.

We need to get in touch with the NORFED folks as well, ultimately think we have the same goals (plus liberty dollars are cool af)

Eh with great crisis comes great opportunity. LOL

You may be able to email your account exec and request a referral change. I believe I signed up under Ivan unfortunately. Granted WSS was the first I heard of Kinesis unfortunately.

Agreed. Not going to stress myself with it. As long as kinesis isn't compromised or at bay I don't really care. All political BS in my opinion.

Great! 100% agree. It’s actually what I tried to do and was cut out. Wasn’t even allowed to be a mod. It’s why we instead started C4SM. I wanted for WSS what we did for C4SM. A structure with transparency and a board. Late tonight but eager to talk.
