Scheduled Platform Maintenance

We would like to notify you that the Kinesis platform will be temporarily unavailable due to infrastructure updates scheduled for Saturday 9th of December, between 7:00am - 9:00am (UTC).

Please note that spending on the Kinesis Virtual Card and the Mint will remain unaffected during the maintenance period.

After the platform downtime, users will have access to the Kinesis platform and all related functionalities as normal.

Well that should have been done and dusted by now, so it could be a bug that has developed in the process.
 
I just logged in via the desk top. That is working. But logging in by my iPhone, I cannot do, the Kinesis money app in the ‘App Store’ app is gone.
 
Our IT team is working diligently on fixing the issue (Its should be resolved now) and for the app, it is not available on AppStore yet as certain parts of the iOS Kinesis app are currently being upgraded. For those who downloaded it before, they can access the app as usual on iOS device.

I thought maybe the problem was on my end, so deleted the app with intention of immediately re-installing it, then discovered it is not available in the app store. I should have checked here first!

Kinesis staff -- do you have a time estimate for when the app will be back? As in days, weeks?

Is this about Apple? Here is the workaround:

2FA / MFA not working

I am now able to login, but all my assets are gone. No metals, no crypto, no fiat and no kvt! 😱 😳

Thanks that worked, I have the app again, and login works fine again, too.

For as long as I've been using Apple I might have remembered that path -- but I'm only in that predicament about once every 5 or 6 years!
