How to reveal virtual card details

Click on the icon top right.
You'll get an SMS with a 4 digit verification code.
Once you key this in, the details are revealed.



The three dots icon at the bottom gives access to

• Freeze card
• Statements of transactions
• T&C
• Privacy policy

Thank you, but I don't have that icon either on the desktop or mobile versions. I have used it in the past, but it's no longer there. Clicking anywhere on the card takes me through to the Virtual Card screen, where I'm "User not logged on".

Maybe try logging out and back on?

You should be prompted for your Baanx 2FA code when you arrive at the Virtual Card screen.

That's what I see on the Dashboard.
When on the Virtual Card screen, I see this card image (same on Android app) after entering the Baanx 2FA code:

I logged out on mobile. Logged back in and got a red banner I've never seen before with "Operation failed with error code 502".

Still no icon on top right and "User not logged in". Will try again and switch off phone as well as logging out.

No joy. I logged out, entered my 2FA and the same thing.

The whole card is blank - just the capital K.

The rest of the account is accurate. Still "User not logged in" on the Virtual Card screen.

I'll leave it until tomorrow.
