Tested Apple Pay today at a local market, with debit the transaction refused to go through but if I select credit, it asks for the phone PIN & works like a charm..

Hi all. After successfully using my VDC on my Android/Google Pay since last year, I've just added the VDC to my Apple Wallet yesterday. Made my first payment in person in store using my Apple Wallet just moments ago (only a small €9 purchase), no issues at all here in Germany!

Here is one of my items....my first physical Kinesis Gold Bar! As an FYI, two days ago when trying to add my card to Apple Wallet I couldn't receive the verification SMS, but I called the verification number (Optimus Cards UK) and they took all my details I was trying to activate with and told me they would get back to me. Few hours later via email they notified it was verified and live/ready to use.

We are awaiting for Baanx's response. I think there are still a few checklist Baanx need to do before we can do a press release on Apple Pay. We’ll keep you updated once we got the news announcement.

am in the process of bringing friends & family on the Canadian Kinesis train & they are now at the VDC + wallet steps. Are we good on that front or shall we petition the Optimus team to go play golf instead..?

I don't know if this would be the thread to post on or just make a new one but i have a crypto hard wallet. The manufacturer/brand is good. They just recently came out with a few new products. One of them is a physical card with a biometric safety mechanism. You can spend whatever crypto you have in your account and it acts just like a regular debit card. No transaction will happen without that feature. It's about $126 roughly. I think this would grab a lot of attention to the Kinesis brand if something like this could be implemented. Could also gives us a edge to promote. Just a thought.

A new thread makes more sense but this ship has already sailed. Coolwallet is the only hard wallet with the Kinesis fork of Stellar enabled. This wallet can be used to send and receive block chain transfers at a 0.45% fee. Merchant and POS transactions using the VDC draw funds from the KMS, crypto and/or K coins.
