    Account registration "The Google ReCaptcha token verification failed"

    Hi, I'm trying to create an account but after entering my email, name and password, the page refreshes to the first account setup page with the message "The Google ReCaptcha token verification failed" as seen in the attachment. (Note, I deleted my email address hence the red field there.) OS...
